The MC-700 is a true condenser microphone with two extremely thin (3µm) gold-plated 1-inch Mylar diaphragms, which, together with transformer electronics, guarantee high sensitivity and highly detailed recordings.
For maximum flexibility in a wide variety of applications and environments, the switchable polar pattern allows you to choose between cardioid, omnidirectional, or figure-eight patterns. The switchable high-pass filter and attenuator enable highly precise recordings up to a sound pressure level of 140 dB.
A robust, all-metal housing ensures resonance-free transmission of all frequencies and guarantees natural and clear sound reproduction.
The quality of this high-end microphone is sufficient even for the most demanding digital recordings.
The included professional shock mount protects the microphone from vibrations, handling noise, and footfall.
The microphone requires 48V phantom power for operation.
Features:
- Cardioid polar pattern for capturing a direct sound source with suppression of rearward noise.
